All proceeds from OCU at Indigo Ranch go to support Indigo Rescue, a local non-profit animal rescue group. By helping out at Indigo Ranch, you’re helping Indigo Rescue to rescue homeless companion animals. Plus - it’s fun!
We frequently have Saturday work days at Indigo Ranch. We do all kinds of things - care for the chickens, play with the dogs, build and repair fences, garden, and more. It’s a really fun environment for Portland “city slickers.” How often do we get to gather eggs or do work that doesn’t involve a computer? Not often enough! Click on a highlighted day on our calendar to see what we have going on at the ranch and let us know if you’ll be coming out to join us!
We also need volunteers to promote OCU at Indigo Ranch by distributing brochures to pet supply stores and vet clinics, or by simply telling friends about a unique boarding option that benefits animal rescue.
